Nutrition and overall wellness has been my passion for much of my
life. Early on I had an interest in the medical field, I tested the
waters, and acquired training as a nursing assistant while in high
school. That experience, made me question pursuing whether or not a
traditional medical role was for me.
As I traveled along in life and explored the world of health, I
learned a lot through self study. Anything concerning improvement of
the mind and body, I read and digested. I began and continue to study
various books, articles and the practice of several dietary theories.
After working in the Pharmaceutical/Biotechnology industry for
many years, I still have not quenched my thirst for truly helping
individuals on a one-to-one basis. So I began my most passionate field
of study, herbalism, which I thoroughly love and integrate into my own
lifestyle. This piece of non-traditional study led me further along
the path to health coaching. I also dedicated time and energy to learning about Ayurveda and meditation.
My ultimate goal as a health coach is to give my clients the best of
my knowledge, compiled from years of training, self-study and life
style experience. My successes range from helping myself and others
combat many issues concerning weight loss, circulation, high blood
pressure and stress management. I feel immensely rewarded to pass this knowledge along and
help people create a healthy and fabulous lifestyle.
